This privacy statement explains the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within our websites and external online presences, such as our social media profiles. However, we would like to make it clear from the outset that we store your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services (e.g. to check your last training course). Persons concerned
We collect different data from different groups of people. A distinction must be made between visitors to our online offer (hereinafter “visitors”) and registered users (hereinafter “users”).
Types and purpose of the processed data:
In order to optimise our offer, we collect usage data and meta/communication data from visitors and users in our online offer. For example, we record access to different pages, IP addresses and access times.
We collect contact data from visitors and users to establish contact, communicate and conduct business. These are only recorded if they are entered into a form or transmitted by email.
In addition, our system also records content data (e.g. text entries, image files, videos) from users.
The user is responsible for data that is collected by our users in our systems (for example the results of an evaluation).

Security
Evalea has taken security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the proper use of customer data. For this purpose, your customer data is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This ensures that customer data is completely secure and is only available to the customer to whom the data belongs or to the persons to whom he has allowed access to it. In addition, numerous other precautions, such as the storage of your password as a so-called hash, serve your security. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user names and passwords.
