The goal: to help companies make their personnel development more measurable, effective and simpler .
It all started with our 2 founders, who encountered a recurring problem in the world of personnel development: Many companies had no idea whether and how their training measures actually offered employees added value. The evaluation processes were rudimentary, mostly simple on paper and rarely checked whether what had been learned could be applied in practice. This insight of our two founders led to an intensive examination of the question of how to measure the effects of further training more effectively.
And off we go!
In 2014, Evalea GmbH emerged from a research project at the University of Bayreuth and the idea of the two quickly turned into a tangible reality. Meanwhile, one of our founders continued to research the sustainability of continuing education measures together with the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
In the following years, we continuously expanded our modules in cooperation with customers and transformed analogue processes into the digital world. More clients, a growing team and moving to a charming little house in the heart of Frankfurt in 2021 are testimonies to our commitment to sustainably improving the world of people development.
