What were the challenges in the area of personnel development before the integration of Evalea?

Prior to the integration of Evalea, there were various challenges in the field of Staff development. One of them was maintaining Excel files, which was often time-consuming and error-prone. Another challenge was reporting training needs, as there was often a lack of effective monitoring and oversight. In addition, it was difficult to carry out efficacy tests due to a lack of suitable tools.

With the integration of Evalea many of these challenges have been addressed. Automation processes such as feedback, effectiveness checks, and reminders have been implemented to make work easier and speed up processes. The provision of competence profiles internally and externally makes it possible to better record the individual skills and competencies of the workforce and to promote them in a more targeted manner. Overall, the integration of Evalea helps to make personnel development more effective and efficient.

How did the switch from the original system to Evalea go?

Since there was no original system for personnel development, the switch to Evalea was relatively straightforward. The existing data was imported from Excel spreadsheets and could then be reused in Evalea. Thanks to the Personio interface, it was also possible to transfer the personnel data quickly and easily.

As part of the transition, training was conducted for employees to familiarize them with the new software and explain the functions and possibilities of Evalea to them. The training courses were well received by the employees and there was rapid acceptance of the new system.

Overall, the switch to Evalea went smoothly and was rated as positive by all those involved. The new system quickly established itself and today makes a significant contribution to successful personnel development.

Which Evalea modules are used and what challenges do they solve?

At Kramer & Crew we use various modules from Evalea to make personnel development more effective and to determine the need for further training measures. These modules solve various challenges:

  • That Dashboard enables a quick and clear presentation of the most important key figures and information in individual roles. For example, managers can quickly see which employees have already completed which training courses and what further training needs exist.
  • That Reporting module allows you to evaluate data and create reports. For example, the effectiveness of training or the development of competencies over a certain period of time can be analyzed.
  • That Competence management module enables the assessment of competencies and skills of employees. These can then be exported as skill charts and used in public tenders.
  • The e-learning module is not yet established, but offers the possibility to conduct training courses online and thus increase the flexibility and efficiency of further training measures.
  • The Learning Journey module is also not yet established, but in the future it will help to create individual development plans for employees and monitor their progress.
  • That Continuing Education Module provides an overview of all planned and already completed training courses. Needs assessments can also be carried out here in order to determine the employees’ training needs and to plan targeted training measures.

Overall, the various modules of Evalea help to improve personnel development in the company and more effectively solve challenges such as capturing competencies, monitoring training and assessing needs at Kramer & Crew.

How has the work with Evalea developed since its introduction?

Since the introduction of Evalea, our work in the field of personnel development has improved considerably. Here are some of the developments we’ve seen since then:

  • A stronger focus on the specific Requirements of our company and our employees. By using Evalea, we can now target Training and Training that are tailored to the individual needs and skills of our employees.
  • Continuous exchange with the Evalea team, especially with our contact person Benedikt, has helped us to continuously improve our work processes and the use of the software. We appreciate the open communication and the opportunity to give and receive direct feedback.
  • Evalea is continuously working on the Improvement of the modules and the system to ensure that it meets the needs of customers. We’ve seen some new features and improvements in the past that have helped us work even more effectively with the software.

Overall, the work with Evalea has improved continuously since its introduction. We appreciate the close cooperation with the Evalea team and look forward to continuing to benefit from the software in the future.

How could Evalea be expanded?

Although Evalea is already a great tool for people development, there is always room for improvement and expansion. Here are some ways Evalea could be expanded:

  • Automation routines could facilitate and accelerate further work processes. This could include, for example, the automation of feedback processes, automatic reminders of upcoming training courses or the integration of performance management systems.
  • An integration with Outlook could allow users to create and manage training invitations directly from their calendar, without having to switch between different applications.
  • That User Interface could be further improved to make operation even more intuitive and user-friendly. For example, it might be helpful to improve navigation in the software or offer a simplified user interface for employees.

These enhancements would further improve the functionality of Evalea and help the tool to be used even more effectively in personnel development.
