Onboarding at Evalea – Your Path to a Successful Software Implementation

At Evalea, we rely on a clearly structured onboarding process that accompanies you from the very beginning. In this way, we ensure that Evalea is quickly ready for use and is optimally tailored to your business processes.

1. Kick-off

We start with a joint kick-off date to get to know each other. Here we coordinate the project approach, the schedule and the responsibilities. We provide you with helpful checklists that you can fill out within two weeks.

2. Basic setup

We adapt the software to your corporate design, create all accesses and prepare the next workshop.

3. Configuration

In the configuration workshop, we discuss open questions and define the exact processes, adjustments and functions. Evalea implements these individually for you and sets up optional functions such as single sign-on or interfaces.

Setup & Training

We support you in importing your master data into the system. In addition, we conduct training courses on the modules you have booked during this phase so that your HR staff can get to know Evalea in detail.

5. Pilot phase (optional)

With a selected pilot group, you will test Evalea in live operation. The feedback is incorporated into the final adjustment in a structured way in order to optimally tailor the Evalea to your needs.

6. Go-Live

After completion of all preparations (and any adjustments from the pilot phase), Evalea will officially go into operation. We ensure a smooth transition to everyday work.
